FALL SESSION #2:
Fall Session 2 will run from Monday November 11 through Sunday, February 2.
There will be no classes Wednesday, November 27 through Sunday, December 1 as well as Monday, December 23 through Sunday, January 5.
Winter Session Registration will take place online starting Wednesday, January 15 at 7am. The Winter Session will run from February 3 through April 12.
Notes for Classes
- We are excited to share we have restructured our classes for this fall! Please make sure to read the class descriptions above to properly place your gymnast. If you have any questions on placement, please feel free to email: CardinalGymnastics@outlook.com
- Levels on average, should take 4-5 sessions (one year+) to advance.
- For girls, if your gymnast previously had taken Girls Beginner/Intermediate for four sessions or fewer, they will most likely qualify for Girls Intermediate A. If they have taken Girls Beginner/Intermediate for five sessions or more, they may qualify for Girls Intermediate B, but please double check skill requirements.
- If your gymnast attended summer camp this past summer and is age 6 and above, girls can sign-up for Girls Intermediate A and boys can sign up for Boys Beginner/Intermediate.
- Many classes also qualify by age. All 5-year-olds should enroll in Co-Ed or Girls Beginner.
- We are excited to move gymnasts forward with our new levels. Adjusted times in the gym will also help with congestion in the parking lot and the lobby.
What to Wear/What to Bring
- Leotards are great but not required! Athletic, form fitting clothing works well (t-shirt & shorts, tank tops, leggings, etc.).
- Please stay away from skirts, leotards with skirts attached, jeans, pants with buckles and zippers, and bare midriffs as they can be uncomfortable while performing bars skills.
- Bare feet required!
- Hair should be pulled back away from the face. Please no jewelry other than stud earrings. No fitbits, Apple Watches, etc.
- Make sure to leave valuables at home!!!
- Gymnasts are welcome to bring a water bottle but can also use the water fountains in the gym.
